Reviews on your website and your Google profile
Updated 25 Oct 2026
Your website can show a reviews wall that reads straight from the reviews you collect through CaterCloud. Nothing is typed in by hand, so it never drifts from what customers wrote.
What the wall shows
- Reviews you collected after an event, with the reviewer's words exactly as they wrote them.
- The best selection, not just the latest: recent, specific reviews come first, and a wedding page leads with wedding reviews when the placement says which page it sits on. The wall changes a little week to week.
- It wears your site's fonts, colours and corners automatically.
Google reviews and the rating badge
- Google reviews and your Google rating can join the same wall, each marked as coming from Google with a link to the original.
- This only happens for a Google listing that is proven to be yours. We check your phone, website, address, the type of listing (a food truck or caterer versus a restaurant) and the name. If it is not clearly your listing, a person from the team checks it, and nothing from it is shown meanwhile.
- The rating badge appears only when the figure is recent and the listing is proven yours.
- You can confirm or reject a listing yourself in the proof settings.
What is available today
Google reviews on the wall are switched off for now, and connecting your Google Business Profile directly is pending approval from Google. Do not promise a date. Everything above that uses your own collected reviews works as described.
Where to find it
In the website editor, open Insert → Widgets and add the reviews wall to a page.
