Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ on volume, such as quotes, events, outlets and AI credits. Prices are flat per plan, not per user, and CaterCloud takes 0% of the payments your customers make to you.

AI credits
AI features run on credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that rolls over, and you can top up at any time — never automatically, and never without you choosing to. Your plan sets what a credit costs, so the more you use, the cheaper each one gets.

Top-ups come in $10, $25, $50 packs and never expire. Unused credits from your monthly allowance roll over too — you are not billed for AI you did not use, and you are not charged more for a quiet month.
Payments
Take deposits and invoice payments through Stripe or Square, straight into your own account.
0%CaterCloud’s cut of every payment
We take nothing. Not a platform fee, not a percentage, not a per-transaction charge. The money goes from your customer to your payment processor to you, and we are not in the middle of it. You pay your processor’s standard rate and nothing else.

- Do I pay per user or per location?
- No. Each plan is one flat monthly price. Pro includes 3 outlets and unlimited team members. Elite includes unlimited outlets. Adding a person to your team does not change the price.
- Does CaterCloud take a cut of my customer payments?
- No. CaterCloud takes 0% of the payments your customers make to you. Your payment processor charges its own fee; Stripe's rate for Australian cards was 1.7% + 30c when we last checked on 2026-09-04, and you should confirm the current rate with Stripe.
- What are AI credits?
- AI features, such as drafting replies, run on credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that rolls over (Pro 5,000, Elite 25,000), and you can top up at any time. Top-ups are never automatic.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. There is no lock-in and no contract to get out of, and you can cancel anytime.
